CALL FOR PROPOSAL FOR USE OF THE NUNGUA PROPERTY
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The 2018 Synod of the Global Evangelical Church reversed the decision of the sale of the Nungua Property and mandated the Synod Committee Executive to decide on possible profitable use of the property.
The Executive wishes to extend opportunity to congregations, groups, ministries and individuals of the Global Evangelical Church, who have socio-economic development ideas, to share proposals or business plans for effective use of the Nungua property for consideration.
The 1.17 acre (Plot No. 12) piece of land referred to as the Nungua Property is situated in Nungua in the Greater Accra Region. The property was acquired in 2012 at a 45 – year leasehold tenancy with option of renewal for a further 20 years. The land is situated along the Accra/Tema/Ashiaman road near the Nungua Police barrier and the Junction Mall.
There are two uncompleted structures – ie one concrete framed structure at second floor level and one single- storey building at roofing level, constructed at the far end of the land. There is also a part -complete single – storey house located close to the main entrance. The entire parcel of land is fenced with sandcrete block wall and secured with a metal gate. Amenities such as electricity and water are already extended to the property.
Interested parties and individuals are hereby invited to submit business or development proposals, not more than one page, to the Moderator by Friday 30th November 2018.
Inspection of the property is opened to interested parties and individual members of the Church from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th October 2018, 10.00 am – 2.00 pm each day.
All leaders are expected to share this information with the congregations, groups, ministries and individual members for their further action.
